Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Projects on average range between £5 - £20 million and the sectors include: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial schemes.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
- Manage junior Surveyors
Skills & experience:
- Main contractor experience as the SQS within the Construction space
- Experience of different contract forms
- Experience on projects ranging between £5m to £20m
