Summary

Dozer Operator - HS2 Project (Coventry & Walsall)

McGinley Support Services is looking for an experienced Dozer Operator to work on the HS2 project with BBV across Coventry and Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CPCS Dozer Operator to secure ongoing, long-term work on the UK's largest infrastructure project.

Pay & Benefits:

  • PAYE Rate: £26.41 per hour

  • Overtime (after 10 hours daily): £35.12 per hour

  • Weekend Rate: £39.61 per hour

  • Duration: Ongoing long-term role

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Locations: Coventry & Walsall (various HS2 sites)

✅ Requirements for Dozer Operator role:

  • Valid Blue CPCS Card (essential)

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

  • Proven experience as a Dozer Operator on large construction projects

  • GPS / Topcon experience highly desirable
