Summary
Michelin Chef de Partie £42,000 Package Swansea
Chef de Partie required to join this multi award winning Michelin Restaurant
The Restaurant serves Tasting Menus created from luxury seasonal ingredients
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the team, duties will include organising your section ensuring all prep is completed to the required standards and the kitchen is clean and organised ready for service.
Previous Michelin Experience is preferred but the Head Chef would consider Chefs with a 2 rosette background if they can show that that they have passion for cooking and commitment to creating an amazing experience
Hours will generally be 8am – Close 4 days per week
Applicants will need to live in the Swansea, Loughor, Llanelli, Mumbles or possibly Port Talbot area or be willing to relocate with their own transport
Benefits
Salary Package of £32,000 (based on 48hr Week)
Share of Tips (usually at least £10000 per year paid monthly)

4 Day working week
