Summary
Design, plan and deliver teaching to medical students to meet the requirements of the curriculum. Lead on the placement co-ordination, linking in with clinical areas. Lead on the teaching programme design for a designated year group/cohort of students. Assure quality and governance by reviewing feedback from learners. Network with external stakeholders (e.g. HEI's). Provide pastoral support to learners who are on placement. In-reach in clinical areas to provide education at the patients' bedside. Contribute to the assessment of students and provide feedback. Promote and participate in multi-professional learning. Maintain professional credibility and own CPD.
