Summary
Must be experienced in pastoral ministry, particularly with vulnerable people Must have knowledge and experience in supporting people with spiritual problems encountered in mental health crisis Must have a comprehensive theological education to at least degree level or equivalent Must have experience of leading and managing teams and developing staff and volunteers Desirable to be accredited with the UK Board for Healthcare Chaplaincy Desirable to have experience in health care chaplaincy in an NHS or health care setting
