Summary
You will be able to demonstrate genuine interest in mental health / neurodiversity and be committed to involving service users in all aspects of their care. The role requires candidates to support the care, assessments, interventions and activities for service users. We are committed to improving service provision and actively engage all staff in developing services. The successful candidates will be encouraged to develop creative ideas that support service users and the service. You will have the energy to work hard supporting patients recovery by escorting into the community. You would also need to be able to undertake Prevention and management of violence and aggression training.
