Head Chef Brockenhurst Hampshire 45K + Tips + Live In
Head Chef required to run the kitchen at this Hotel and restaurant located close to Brockenhurst
The owners of the hotel are looking for a Head Chef to run the kitchen and take an active role in the future direction of the hotel under the guidance of an executive Head Chef based offsite.
As Head Chef you will work closely with the Executive Chef creating really tasty dishes capable of achieving 2 rosettes and also a separate simple lunchtime menu to cater for busy summer days
This would be a perfect role for a current Senior Sous Chef looking to take on their first head Chef position, with support from the Exec Chef
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Brockenhurst, Beaulieu, Lymington, Lyndhurst, or possibly Southampton area
