Want to make a real difference to communities and the environment across Wales? Join us as an Integrated Workforce Team Member, where your hands-on work will help protect homes, businesses, and nature from the impacts of flooding and environmental change.
In this active, outdoor role, you'll be part of a dedicated team maintaining flood defence assets and managing land across rivers, nature reserves, and forestry sites. If you enjoy practical work, being outdoors, and working as part of a supportive team, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a meaningful career with Natural Resources Wales.
