Summary
A well-established law firm in the Chichester area is looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Fee-Earner (2+ years PQE) to join its growing Private Client team.
The Role
• Manage probate and estate administration, from straightforward estates to complex taxable matters.
• Advise on Wills, trusts, lifetime planning, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work.
• Support clients with care home contracts, asset protection, and trust administration.
The Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years’ PQE in Wills & Probate.
• Strong technical knowledge, with empathy and professionalism in client care.
• Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
