Summary

Fulfilment Administrator

Location: Nantwich

Duration: 3 – Month Temporary Assignment

Pay Rate: £12.21ph

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm.

Key Duties:

• Generate order documentation and issue it to warehouse staff for processing.
• Deal with problems relating to orders, such as incorrect details or missing paperwork.
• Produce and keep up-to-date product Quality Assurance Specification files.
• Oversee and update the spreadsheet of outstanding or incomplete orders.
• Support the administration of temporary staff, including timesheet verification.
• Assist with database or system amendments (training provided).
• Keep accurate records of inbound deliveries and related admin.
• Enter data from stock checks and other fulfilment activities.
• Provide general office and administrative support when required.

Key Skills Required:

• Demonstrable background in administration.
• Confident IT skills, particularly Word and Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables preferred).
• Comfortable analysing information and spotting trends.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management skills.
• Able to cope with pressure and meet set deadlines.
• Strong communicator who can work well with others.
• Experience in the dairy or food production environment would be advantageous.
