Would you love to be the welcoming face and voice of The King’s Trust, connecting young people with life-changing opportunities in your local community? This is your chance to take centre stage in a role that’s all about energy, creativity, and people power.

In this exciting Outreach role, you’ll be the one building bridges: inspiring young people to join our programmes, creating strong partnerships with schools, agencies and community organisations, and representing The Trust at events big and small. From buzzing showcase celebrations to intimate one-to-one sessions, you’ll spread the word about what’s possible and bring our programmes to life.

Every day will be different. One day you might be planning a recruitment drive with a referral partner, the next you’re delivering an engaging workshop, then supporting a young person who’s just joined one of our programmes. You’ll be their guide, ensuring their first experience of The Trust is positive, motivating, and sets them up for success.

We’ll count on you to:

Plan and attend events that showcase our work and energise new partners and young people.

Build and nurture referral networks across your region.

Deliver inspiring sessions and one-to-ones that get young people excited about what’s next.

Keep in touch with those who sign up, guiding them through their journey with us and linking them to the right support.

Keep our records accurate and up to date so that every young person’s story is captured.

Champion equality, diversity and inclusion locally, helping us reach and support every community.

This role is perfect if you’re self-motivated, love working with people, and can communicate with ease in any setting, whether that’s a big event, a community space, or a quick text to a young person who needs encouragement. You’ll thrive on variety, enjoy working to targets, and feel proud knowing that what you do every day makes a direct difference.

At The King’s Trust, we believe in the power of young people. Since 1976, we’ve supported over a million to build the skills, confidence and networks they need to succeed. Now, we need passionate people like you to help us reach even more.

Join us and help create brighter futures, one young person at a time.
