Summary
Provide strategic and operational leadership for mobile fluoroscopy services across all sites. Lead service development, workforce planning, and quality improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, staffing, and equipment procurement. Act as Radiation Protection Supervisor and ensure compliance with IRMER17, IRR17, and COSHH. Support recruitment, education, and professional development of radiographers. Represent Radiology at Trust-wide and national forums.
