Summary
Ensure practice is in accordance with the NMC code of Professional conduct and work within limits of competence Ensure the integration of individualised health plans, hospital passports and admission plans into the practice of healthcare professionals within the acute hospital setting Provide specialist advice and support to hospital staff, ensuring there is a clear pathway of care for people with learning disabilities and / or autism Prioritise and respond to referrals made to the service Respond to unplanned/emergency admissions where a need for support/advice is identified If you are considering applying for this post on a secondment basis, please discuss with your Line Manager prior to applying to ascertain whether this could be supported.
