What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting Reception class children during lessons and activities
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with SEN
• Encouraging social, emotional, and communication development
• Preparing classroom materials and helping to deliver EYFS curriculum
• Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress
• Creating a calm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant For this Camden School:
• Recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) – psychology, education, or related fields
• Genuine passion for working with children and making a difference
• Experience with children or SEN (voluntary or paid) is desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Calm, patient, and enthusiastic – especially with early years learners
• Committed to full-time work for the academic year
