Summary

We're looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Kier Property team based in London.



Location: London - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 3 Days a weekHours: 37.5 hours per week - Fixed term contract - 12 months - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

As a Personal Assistant, you'll be working within the Kier Property team, supporting them in delivering seamless administrative support to enable decision-makers to focus on value-added tasks.

Your day to day will include:

-Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for Sector Leads

-Diary management and scheduling meetings for Sector Leads

-Taking minutes and ensuring prompt circulation

-Collating and filing expenses

-Assisting with organisation of internal and external Property events



What are we looking for?

This role of Personal Assistant is great for you if:

-You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently

-You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with discretion and respect for confidentiality

-You have previous experience in a similar role and can work effectively under pressure and deadlines
