Role Overview
As our Mixologist, you will:
-Create innovative, high-quality cocktails using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, showcasing your flair for mixology.
-Engage with guests to deliver personalized, memorable drink experiences that elevate our exceptional service.
-Keep the bar pristine, well-stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards.
-Collaborate with our bar and kitchen teams to design seasonal cocktail menus and food pairings.
-Inspire and train junior staff to maintain our reputation for excellence.

-Warm, approachable customer service skills to connect with guests from all walks of life.
