Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a specialist secondary school? This is a fantastic opportunity to support students aged 11-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including Autism (ASD), Speech and Language Difficulties, SEMH, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). You will:

  • Provide tailored classroom support to students with complex needs.
  • Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and EHCPs.
  • Foster independence, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
