Summary
Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, growing business? We are currently recruiting a Warehouse/Despatch Operator to join our client based in Retford.
This is a key role supporting the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility, ensuring accuracy, safety, and high standards across all warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Transfer products safely from production to storage areas
• Load and unload trailers as per the load plan or delivery notes
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure all products are correctly stored, clean, undamaged, and uncontaminated
• Communicate effectively with other departments to support seamless operations
What We’re Looking For
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – Essential
• Reach FLT licence – Desirable
• Previous warehouse or despatch experience – Essential
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanners – Essential
• Proactive attitude toward workplace cleanliness and environmental standards (e.g. spill response)
• Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail
Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm
