Our Leeds branch already has a strong mix of youth and experience, backed by a loyal, sizeable client base and plenty of warm relationships. Now we’re searching for a Business Manager to lead the team, drive growth, and build on solid foundations.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    You’ll be the driving force behind our Leeds Trades & Labour branch – leading, developing, and growing both people and profits.

    Business Development & Growth

    • Build on our strong client base with a mix of existing, lapsed and new accounts


    • Deliver outstanding service to maximise client satisfaction


    • Lead on marketing campaigns, tenders and PSLs


    • Work with BDMs to spot growth opportunities and drive new business


      Profitability & Performance

      • Own branch P&L and deliver on revenue targets


      • Maximise sales and generate new income streams


      • Manage budgets, forecasting and branch expenditure


      • Lead by example with personal contribution


        People Leadership (LMA)

        • Inspire, motivate and get the best out of your team every day


        • Drive performance through coaching, 121s and appraisals


        • Recruit, develop and retain top internal talent


        • Handle disciplinary and grievance processes with confidence


        • Keep your team focused with clear priorities, problem-solving and effective L10 meetings


          Compliance & Delivery

          • Ensure contracts, TOBs and legislative requirements are watertight


          • Stay on top of daily audit outcomes, payroll accuracy and credit control


          • Guarantee smooth client delivery through our Proven Process


            About You
            • Experienced recruiter with a track record running a successful temp desk


            • Commercially astute with strong financial management skills


            • A natural leader who loves developing people and driving performance


            • Confident in building and growing key client accounts


            • Holds a full UK driving licence
