Our fabulous #TeamWeavers is on the lookout for a caring and motivated female* colleagues with a good sense of humour to them as a Support Practitioners on a permanent part-time (14-28 hours per week) basis.

The Role

As a Support Practitioner, you'll support the individuals with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, support to activities and appointments, managing personal finances, assisting with medication and personal care.

One of the ladies we support enjoys going to the gym, swimming, a spot of retail therapy with some shopping and attending activities within the community. The other lady enjoys being part of the team and helping with tasks around the house and attending all things sensory based in the form of activities. With your guidance and support, you'll help the people we support to maintain their own homes and be an active member of their local community.

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll pay you for your training and even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!


What we need you to bring: -

A caring and compassionate attitude and approach
The ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
Good communication skills
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Confidence in the use of computers
Having a full UK Manual driving licence would be beneficial for this role but isn't essential as the ladies have their own mobility car.

Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing the best support, our shift patterns are tailored to the needs of each individual shift patterns with a sleepover included for one of the ladies we support (1 per week on a rolling rota).
