  What You’ll Be Doing:
  As a Nursery Practitioner, your role may include:

  • Supporting children aged 0–5 with their emotional, social, and cognitive development

    
    

  • Planning and leading engaging activities tailored to early years learning

    
    

  • Creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive

    
    

  • Building strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues

    
    

  • Supporting daily routines including meals, naps, outdoor play, and transitions

    
    

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A Level 3 or 4 Childcare qualification

      
      

    • A nurturing, positive approach with flexibility to adapt to different settings

      
      

    • Confidence working independently and collaboratively

      
      

    • A passion for helping children flourish within their local BS24 community

      
      

    • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
