Job Summary
De Aston School is seeking a dedicated and friendly Administration Assistant to join our busy reception team. This is a key front-facing role, providing administrative support and first aid within a welcoming and successful secondary school.

Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties including greeting visitors and handling enquiries
- Admin tasks such as filing, data input, reprographics, and mail handling
- Supporting school events and maintaining student records
- Providing first aid and managing medical supplies and records
- Liaising with parents and staff regarding pupil welfare

Requirements
- Strong communication, organisational, and ICT skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Discretion and confidentiality
- First Aid training and experience in school or office settings (desirable)
- GCSEs grade C/4+ (desirable)
