Summary

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious New Business Executive to join a fast-growing team. This is a sales-focused role where you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, helping them find the right solutions while building strong and lasting relationships.

The role is all about qualifying enquiries, securing viewings, and closing deals — with the support of an experienced team. It’s a fantastic opportunity if you’re target-driven, consultative in your approach, and thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact businesses to understand their requirements.

Qualify new leads, introduce services, and identify relevant options.

Gain commitment from clients to view potential workspaces and pass details to the Progress Management team for booking.

Work with clients before and after viewings to shortlist options and provide advice.

Negotiate pricing and terms with providers to secure deals.

Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for viewings, deals, and revenue.

Complete all mandatory training modules annually .

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills & Behaviours

Commercial awareness and consultative approach to sales.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Team player with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.

Excellent attention to detail, resilience, and a positive attitude.

Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable Experience

B2B sales experience.

Background in a sales-focused role with proven results.

Starting salary of £26,000.

Uncapped commission structure (OTE £38,000–£40,000).
