Salary: Grade 8 - £47,235 to £48,362 per annum

ODS is seeking a skilled and motivated BI Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will develop, implement, and manage business intelligence reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights, empowering informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Collaborate closely with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights. Partner with operational teams to build a deep understanding of processes that inform reporting.
Manage the full BI reporting lifecycle, from requirement gathering through to deployment.
Perform detailed data analysis to extract meaningful insights that support informed business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports by adhering to governance and quality standards.
Provide training and ongoing support to business users in utilizing BI tools and interpreting report outcomes.
Continuously monitor and optimize BI report performance and usability to meet evolving business needs.
Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships across ODS, fostering effective communication between technology, data teams, and the business.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data accuracy and clarity.
Proven experience in developing BI reports and dashboards that drive business value.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively to support organisational goals.
