Summary
We are seeking multiple Scaffolders of all levels to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work effectively with various tools and materials. The Scaffold Builder will collaborate closely with other tradespeople on-site, ensuring that scaffolding is erected safely and efficiently.
Duties
Construct and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications.
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble scaffolding components.
Ensure all scaffolding is plumb, level, and secure for safe use.
Fabricate scaffolding components as needed for specific project requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding for safety compliance.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in scaffold building or a related construction field.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
Physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
Valid health and safety certifications are preferred.
