Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Painter & Decorators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces through high-quality painting and decorating work. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel to various job sites.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting client expectations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Qualifications
Previous experience in painting and decorating is essential.
Ability to drive is preferred for travelling to various job locations.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
EL1 Clearance is essential
