We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and drive performance within our high-energy sales team. You'll work directly with high-net-worth investors, but also take ownership of team results coaching consultants, refining processes, and setting the pace for fast, high-value deal flow.
This isn't a cold-calling environment. Its a fast-growth sales floor where urgency, trust, and decisive action drive results. As Sales Manager, you'll balance personal deal-making with team leadership ensuring consultants hit targets, sharpen their negotiation skills, and consistently deliver investor success.
Top performers earn 7% on £120k-£150k in monthly deals, while average consultants make 5% on £50k-£70k. In a leadership role, you'll not only benefit from your own sales performance but also directly influence the revenue growth of the team you lead.
We're seeking a proven high-ticket B2B sales professional with leadership experience (5+ years, ideally in property or investment) who thrives under pressure, motivates others, and knows how to scale results.
