The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our dining outlets, including our fine dining restaurant, casual dining spaces, and private event areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Assist in the smooth operation of food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all dining areas.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with care and efficiency.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine interest in food and drink.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Flexibility fed to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
