Relief Support Workers – Zero Hour / Agency Work (Adults & Children) – People Support Agency

People Support Agency are now recruiting Relief Support Workers to join our growing bank team. Work is offered via our easy-to-use staff app, so you can accept shifts that fit your lifestyle.
We have opportunities across a wide range of services, including:
Adult Services – generic support work, domiciliary care, complex care, mental health support, learning disabilities support.
Children & Young People Services – children’s homes, emergency care, community support, family support, group activities.
Locations: Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Powys
Contract Type: Zero Hour / Agency Work (flexible)
Pay Rates: £12.60 – £14.00 per hour (higher for emergency cover)
What We’re Looking For
At least 12 months’ experience working with children & young people or vulnerable adults.
A caring, reliable, and professional approach with the ability to build positive relationships quickly.
Flexibility to work in different services and settings.
A full UK driving licence (essential due to travel across locations).
