Summary
Purpose
One of the most exciting areas of growth in our business is in asset adoption and operations.
Stark Infra are licenced to adopt electricity and gas network assets following the completion of siteworks.
- We offer an Asset Value, calculated based on the expected lifetime revenues, to purchase the network from siteworks businesses,
- Following award, we take on the responsibility of managing asset data and records, network maintenance and providing customers with a seamless adoption process.
Stark Charge install and maintain EV (Electric Vehicle) chargers as a Chare Point Operator
- We offer multiple financing options to meet customer needs,
- Following award, we ensure the asset uptime is maximised for a seamless charging experience for our customers.
The Pricing Analyst’s key responsibility is to ensure all Network and EV Charging assets are priced to balance competitiveness and profitability.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Core Responsibilities
- Producing and managing asset quotes using Stark’s in house financial models, ensuring they balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Researching market trends and track pricing feedback to implement development changes to the financial models to ensure pricing is accurate and competitive.
- Work closely with sales and the tender teams to ensure pricing is tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
- Ensure service SLAs are achieved and that customers’ needs are met, including managing relationships with customers and responding to customer queries, to provide a best-in-class service.
- Present pricing methodology during pricing forums to senior management.
- Assist in the production and maintenance of KPI reports for the senior management team, up to board level, on key business metrics.
Other Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with Stark’s regulatory licenses compliance and industry best practises.
- Participate in regular training/ learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices.
- Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and co-operate with managers to provide safe systems of work.

Person Specification, Competencies & Skills
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Advance knowledge of Excel, including in depth knowledge of formulas and functions.
- Previous experience of asset adoption, investment appraisals or similar financial data modelling is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Keep up to date with advances in the energy infrastructure market and new methods and ways of working.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases.
