What will I do
We are seeking an inspiring, visionary General Manager to lead The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, situated in Warrington, Cheshire. This is a unique opportunity to build on a strong foundation: a dedicated team, a reputation for outstanding guest experiences, and well-established local community links.

Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across all areas of the hotel. You will:
- Lead, inspire, and empower a high-performing management team and wider workforce to deliver operational excellence.
- Drive sustained commercial and financial performance, consistently meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Shape and deliver the hotel budget and sales strategy, identifying innovative opportunities to maximise revenue and grow market share.
- Apply strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the commercial and financial drivers of hotel success.
- Champion a culture of service excellence, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, industry-leading customer scores, and a strong online reputation.
- Anticipate opportunities and challenges, developing strategies to maintain resilience and competitive advantage.
- Build on the hotel’s reputation within the Warrington, Cheshire community while positioning The Park Royal Hotel & Spa as a premier destination for leisure, spa, events, and dining.

- Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the financial and operational drivers of hotel performance.
- Experience in managing diverse operations such as Meetings & Events, Leisure, Spa, and multi-department hotel functions.
- The ability to deliver against budgets and sales strategies while identifying innovative opportunities to maximise revenue.
- A passion for building a culture of service excellence, driving guest satisfaction, and enhancing online reputation.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
