Management Assistant (Support to Managers and Officers)
This post requires a dynamic and motivated individual to provide high-level support to Managers and Officers, carrying out all duties efficiently and accurately while contributing enthusiastically to the wider team. You should be flexible in your approach to work and able to react positively to change and new ways of working, as we continually adapt our services to meet customer needs. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential in this role, along with a proactive and positive mindset.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience of providing comprehensive administrative support.
- The ability to proactively plan ahead and manage your own workload to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to evaluate the significance and urgency of information and take appropriate action.
- A proven ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, even under pressure to meet deadlines.
- The ability to resolve issues and respond independently to a variety of problems and situations.
- The ability to process highly confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong diary management skills to co-ordinate and manage senior officers’ diaries, arranging internal and external meetings.
- The ability to take minutes to a high standard, producing clear and accurate records of meetings.
- Excellent IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
