1:1 Teaching Assistant Opportunity - Liverpool (L34)
Randstad Education is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 student with ASD. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's life, within a supportive primary school setting in Liverpool (L34). We are eager to find the right candidate and expedite the hiring process.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Provide individualised support to a Year 5 student with ASD.
- Implement and adapt support plans tailored to the student's unique needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the classroom teacher and support staff.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for the student.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with students with ASD (preferred).
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
- Commitment to a long-term, full-time position.
- Full right to work in the UK.
