Summary
1:1 Teaching Assistant in KS2
Randstad is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 student with ASD in a Liverpool primary school (L36). This is a full-time, long-term position offering competitive pay. Tasks
- Provide 1:1 support to a Year 5 student with ASD.
- Assist with learning, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with the class teacher to implement individualized support plans.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Adapt your approach to meet the student's specific needs.
Skills
- Enhanced DBS check (on the updated service)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Passion for supporting children with ASD
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is beneficial
