Job Summary
Provide 1:1 support to a child in Reception with Autism. This role requires patience, understanding, and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.

RequirementsEnhanced DBS on the updated service, full right to work in the UK.
Qualification/EducationMinimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
ExperienceExperience working with children with Autism is highly desirable.
SkillsPatience, empathy, strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with children.
