Summary

Independent Living Wellbeing & Compliance Assistant

- Gateshead
- 36.25 hours per week (will consider job share)
- Permanent
- £24,477 – £ 25,544 (FTE based on 36.25 hours per week) + benefits package


Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time, (36.25 hours per week) Wellbeing and Compliance Assistant, working across two of our Independent Living Schemes in Gateshead, with a salary of £24,477- £25,544 per annum.



You don’t need to have experience in working in housing to apply for this role. If you believe you have the transferrable skills needed, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in a customer focused role that include:

Working independently as well as part of a wider team
Organisational skills and good time management
Good understanding of Microsoft packages
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
Maintaining accurate and timely records
