Summary
Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead client-side projects from feasibility through to handover. This role is based in Filton, requiring a minimum of 4 days on-site per week, and offers a dynamic opportunity to manage complex construction initiatives within a high-profile organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects
- Provide clear direction and maintain stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Manage budgets, risks, and project documentation
- Drive efficient resource utilisation and cost control
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven project management experience in construction
- Strong organisational and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication across all levels
- In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Degree or HND in Construction/Building Services or equivalent experience
Desirable:
- Client-side project management experience
- Familiarity with NEC contracts
