3-Month Contract (Immediate Start) with opportunity to apply for the permanent post
We're working with a well-established organisation in the Central Belt who are seeking an experienced Housing Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone available to start immediately on a short-term contract, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
- Lead and manage housing services across allocated areas
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and regulatory standards
- Deliver excellent tenant services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage and support staff to achieve performance and service delivery targets
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective housing operations
- Proven experience in a Housing Manager or similar leadership role within housing services
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, policy, and best practice
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to start at short notice
- 3-month contract with immediate start
- Hybrid working
- Competitive salary of £54,500 for the permanent role
