Summary
Business Development Support Officer needed in Grays, £200 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1594345
Key responsibilities include:
• Act as a primary contact within Commercial and Traded Services, assisting with the delivery of services to schools, academies and early years settings.
• Oversee the Services to Schools offer by organising meetings, maintaining records, assuring information quality, managing action logs, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Carry out quality checks in SLA Online (Services to Schools and Early Years websites) to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of information, track process performance, and generate relevant reports.
• Provide project support for Libraries and Service Providers, including arranging meetings and events, keeping project documents up to date and liaising with staff and partner agencies.
• Manage and maintain the SLA Online platform by updating content, administering user accounts and services, handling general site administration and promotion, reviewing annual pricing, and working with finance to manage invoicing and payment records.
This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
