As well as offering a range of therapies, the service also runs as a training centre, therefore offering opportunities for supervision and training.

Working as part of EDT offers numerous opportunities for learning and development through strong team support and clinical supervision and being part of an evolving, integrating team. The role provides excellent experience that can be beneficial for both clinical and managerial progression.

Due to diverse populations in the services we support, this is a unique opportunity to work with adult clients from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. The post will include triage and assessment as well as delivery of CBT interventions at Step 2 or Step 3. The service has expanded its workshops provision, therefore offering the chance to develop group skills and work alongside colleagues to deliver innovative treatment programmes. A keen interest or prior experience in delivering therapy in a group format would be greatly valued.

Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive – so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.

This post is offered as a full-time permanent post, with the expectation that all clinical staff work one late evening per week (12pm until 8pm). We currently offer completely remote working for this role. However, while this role is primarily remote, occasional travel to Trust sites may be required to support team integration, training delivery, or other operational needs.
