Summary

We're looking for HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services Centre based in Rushden.



Location: Rushden, hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1 day per week

Hours: 37 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a HR Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services Centre, supporting them in the delivery HR guidance, pay related queries and employee lifecycle support

Your day to day will include:

-Providing guidance to employees on Kier policies, HR and pay related queries.

-Provide administrative support through processing a variety of HR and pay related changes into our HR system including processing various types of family friendly leave, redundancy leavers, secondments, sabbaticals, extensions to probation and preparing the relevant correspondence ensuring GDPR compliance is maintained

-Monitor, review and contribute towards updating HR policies and ensuring that they remain in line with current legislation

-Provide input into HR Shared Services projects and the streamlining of HR processes to drive continuous improvement



What are we looking for?

This role of HR Administrator is great for you if:

-Knowledge of Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) legislation and TUPE administration.

-Competent user of Excel

-Attention to detail

-High level of accuracy

-Ability to interrogate data
