Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact in a growing, award-winning business? Our client, based in Telford, is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This newly created role reflects the company’s continued growth and will be pivotal in shaping and supporting the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a visible and approachable HR presence across the business, supporting staff and management with HR-related queries.
• Lead the review and evolution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with market standards.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance processes (currently rare but may increase with growth).
• Ensure staff appraisals are completed effectively by the leadership team.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, from job descriptions and interviews to contracts and induction.
• Promote adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and support HR projects such as benefits reviews, salary benchmarking, employee engagement, career development, and succession planning.
• Introduce new initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Handle HR administration as required.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a growing business.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in advising and influencing at all levels.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to lead projects and drive change.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable but not essential.
