Summary
Due to the reduced working hours of the current post holder. Streetscene Services are seeking to appoint a suitable candidate to cover the remaining hours for the position of Environmental Team Leader.
The role is to plan, allocate resources and supervise a team of multi-functional environmental staff to deliver an effective street cleansing service on our 4 days on – 4 days shifts for 50% of the role.
Working within the City, the hours of work are to be designated between the hours of 6pm to 6am. The service will maintain a flexible response to meet operational requirements, driving and the supervision of operatives is an essential part of this role along with ensuring the Health and Safety of all staff is adhered to.
We are looking for an honest, reliable individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive nature to lead and support a team, prioritising staff welfare and ensuring all allocated work is completed to a high standard.
