Ideal Candidate
- HR experience in hospitality or a similarly fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
- A creative mindset with a practical approach.
- Confidence, charisma, and a genuine love for people.
- The ability to turn challenges into opportunities—and policies into possibilities.
