Summary
This primary is a vibrant and inclusive learning community committed to nurturing the whole child. The school are currently looking for a dedicated Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team, supporting children aged 2-4 in our 2's Room and Pre-School Room in small group settings.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's learning through play and structured activities.
- Work closely with small groups to deliver high-quality early year's education.
- Observe and record children's progress in line with EYFS standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to meet individual needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting.
- A warm, patient, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
