Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

Provide targeted support through 1:1 and small group interventions

Help with lesson preparation and classroom management

Build positive relationships with students and support their personal and academic development

Gain practical, hands-on experience that prepares you for teacher training or an educational career
What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should have:

A 2:1 degree (or higher) in a core subject or related field (Russell Group or top-30 university preferred)

A strong academic background (including A-levels and GCSEs)

Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills

A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school environment

A genuine interest in education and working with young people

Experience mentoring, tutoring, or volunteering with young people (desirable but not essential)
