Job Purpose
Rikama Education are looking for a Compliance Administrator/Resourcer to join the team. This role plays a critical part in identifying risks, managing payroll and resourcing for teachers/teaching assistants within the education sector. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the company's compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Collect references and documentation for potential candidates and monitoring who is compliant.
• Assisting with resourcing candidates form database and job boards for live contract jobs.
• Writing Job adverts and posting on social media
• Internal dataset administration and projects - RDB Pronet
• Spreadsheets
• Expense and commission reports for internal employees.
• Manage timesheets and payroll for our supply workers in schools
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or incidents
• Payroll management with third party PAYE Partner
• Maintain records of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and training logs.
• Prepare regular KPI reports and ad hoc data projects for senior management.
• Monitoring right to work eligibility and DBS certificate

• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised and self stater..
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Knowledge of health & safety or compliance frameworks in (desirable but not essential).
