We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Community Associate to join our client team, where you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding workplace experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team with real prospects for progression.
Job Description
As the face of the building, you’ll provide front-line support for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
You’ll oversee day-to-day floor operations, coordinate hospitality services, and act as the first point of contact for queries, while also spotting and resolving any quality issues across the workplace.
This role is highly visible and requires professionalism, energy, and a genuine passion for people and community.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact on the front desk, welcoming visitors and onboarding new users with tours and introductions
Support day-to-day operations, including checking equipment, replenishing supplies, and serving drinks
Deliver a curated and engaging front-of-house experience, aligned to the role of a host rather than a traditional corporate receptionist
Assist with running events and supporting wider community activities on-site
Use initiative to resolve issues quickly and provide first-line support for all queries
Maintain a proactive interest in climate, nature, and sustainability themes relevant to the workplace
Contribute to social media activity (e.g. LinkedIn posts) to support community engagement and events
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in a front-of-house, co-working, or similar customer-facing role
Highly independent, proactive, and able to manage tasks and projects to timely completion
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high social intelligence
Professional, accountable, and self-aware, with a positive and engaging approach
Passionate about entrepreneurship, community building, and creating great customer experiences
Competent in basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office
