Summary
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Civic Offices and homeworking. A minimum of one working day in the office for onsite tasks is required once internal training is complete.

The Council are seeking an ICT Support Analyst who can act as a first point of contact to internal customers for the ICT service.
Duties of the role
You will be an essential member of the ICT Service Desk team, supporting the organisation through a variety of channels, offering professional guidance and advice to meet customer needs.
You should aim to educate and improve digital skills across the organisation whenever appropriate and escalate issues to the relevant internal specialists, when necessary, whilst ensuring that your end customer remains updated.
Qualifications and skills required
To be successful in this role, you will be educated to degree level or relevant ICT qualification or have appropriate experience in information technology. A strong knowledge of current ICT technologies and their architecture with experience of Service Desk applications would be advantageous.
Good customer service skills and the ability to manage your time to complete assigned support and project tasks are essential to this role. Understanding of cyber security and data protection principles would be beneficial.
