Working hours: 21 hours per weekInterview Date: 16th September 2025The Video Production Unit creates powerful films and imagery that bring the mission and work of The Salvation Army to life. To support this creative output we are looking for a Video and Imagery Technical Engineer to enable our storytelling by keeping our production and post-production systems running smoothly and effectively. In this role you’ll Oversee and maintain key systems including - Avid Media Composer suites on Macs using Nexis storage as well as local cloud storage and cameras, lenses, sound and lighting.Act as the vital link between our creative team and IT, fostering collaboration and managing third-party contractors. Ensure all systems meet operational and security standards. Document workflows, train team members, analyse performance and explore emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.We produce over 100 films a year, used across all areas of the organisation - your work will have real impact.
